Allison specializes in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief using a holistic approach that emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotions. She previously worked as a professional journalist and is certified to teach the Journal to Self course through the Therapeutic Writing Institute.

Eleanor works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. She previously worked as a nurse practitioner and teacher. Eleanor has a special interest in somatic processing and self-compassion.
