I am committed to helping individuals address these emotions and feelings to improve their overall well-being. As a clinician, I strive to meet my clients where they are by providing a nonjudgmental and safe space. I aim to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, improve relationships, and develop coping skills to deal with the challenges that life may bring along.
ABOUT ME:
I am committed to creating individualized goals to meet the needs of my clients by first focusing on strengths and utilizing an array of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I have experience working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD and work-related issues. I also work with people who are struggling with relationship issues, PTSD, ADHD, women’s issues, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. I enjoy working with people who are adjusting to life changes, and those trying to find and maintain balance in life.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Norfolk State University
- Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy
