I believe in focusing on your strengths and empowering you to find your own solutions. Through a blend of person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I help my clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward positive change. My intention is that clients who engage in counseling with me will experience a profound sense of validation, understanding, and support.

My approach to counseling is rooted in humanistic theory, which emphasizes the inherent goodness in people and their capacity for personal growth. By incorporating empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a holistic framework, I assist people in identifying barriers to healthy relationships and life experiences to help them live genuine and purposeful life.

I love being outdoors with my family. We are trying to visit all the National Parks, and so far, Zion has been our favorite!
