Counselor Profile
Lauren McCall, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
If it’s time for you to make some changes, I’d be honored to help you figure out the next steps. I specialize in working with adults and teens who have struggled with anxiety, trauma, or loss. I have spent over ten years working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, but also have experience helping individuals through various transitions and life stages.
I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space; together we can create a plan to enact meaningful and lasting change. My approach is person-centered and I often utilize EMDR and cognitive behavioral theories. I can help you uncover the root of your emotional distress, change negative thinking patterns, and better manage moods.
