Nicole Arya
Graduate Intern
No matter how far you travel, you can never get away from yourself.’” – After the Quake, Haruki Murakami
Wrestling between your internal struggles, conflicts, and figuring out yourself whilst navigating through the many trenches of what we call life, can be overwhelming.
As a therapist, I strive to create a compassionate, open, and respectful environment to encourage clients to embark on an empowering journey to accept one’s uniqueness and cultivate powerful changes to an individual’s life.
I draw my therapeutic approach primarily from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but will incorporate other orientations to tailor accordingly to the person’s circumstances and who they are as an individual.
I am Thai, I was born in Atlanta, Georgia but raised in Thailand.
