We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Richmond (Glen Allen) team, maintaining a full-time clinical caseload while supervising Counselors in Residence or Resident Social Workers.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise Counselors in Residence and Resident Social Workers, ensuring adherence to board requirements.
• Assist supervisees with treatment planning, clinical notes, assessments, and mandatory reporting.
• Attend and contribute to monthly peer supervision meetings and weekly peer groups.
• Provide comprehensive counseling services while maintaining a full clinical caseload.

What Your Qualifications Should Be:

• Licensed through the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work.
• Eligible to become a certified supervisor or already a certified clinical supervisor.
• Experience in a private practice setting is preferred.
