Counselor Profile

Nicole Chelonis

Graduate Intern

I believe that healing isn’t just about symptom relief, it’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, building emotional resilience, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values. I honor both mind and body in the healing process. My style is warm, creative, and sometimes gently challenging. My approach is always grounded in respect for your lived experience.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating career and life transitions, relationships, infidelity, identity exploration, neurodivergence, anxiety, and the stressors of everyday life. My approach is collaborative, affirming, holistic, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and connected.

One of my children is part of the LGBTQ+ community, and before becoming a therapist, I was a foster parent specializing in supporting transgender teens. I enjoy working with the community and their family members. I am deeply committed to creating affirming spaces for those who’ve felt marginalized or misunderstood.

Whether you’re at a crossroads, processing old wounds, or looking for support as you step into a new chapter, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to journey alongside you.
