I will meet you where you are and guide you to draw on your own unique strengths to reach your goals while simultaneously providing new skills and techniques to add to your tool belt.
I am trained and certified in DBT. Since 2019, I have facilitated DBT Skills groups, developed multiple DBT curriculums, and led consultation groups for other DBT providers. In addition to the group setting, I provide intensive individual skills training and regularly integrate DBT into individual work with adolescents and adults.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Guilford College
- Certification in DBT from Evergreen (C-DBT )
- Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Experience working with individuals and groups including adults and adolescents in community mental health, private practice, group homes, and residential treatment
