It is hard to be alive, and at the same time, it is such a wonderful thing that you are here!
I know that it might not feel that way sometimes when life becomes too overwhelming and our minds seem to be our worst enemy. You don’t have to face these challenges alone and I would feel very grateful for having the chance to help. My style is non-judgmental, empathic and focused on your personal goals.
I work with young adults and adults who experiencing difficulties and can feel misunderstood. My main specialty is DBT which I find most effective when helping clients with emotional regulation and distress tolerance. I have also been trained in EMDR and trauma informed approaches which has become core in my work.
I firmly believe every person needs and deserves a safe space and I hope to provide that for you.

- I love baking and cooking, especially Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. I am also a dog trainer and love spending time with my dog Nori who came from Perú with me!
- I like to do some gardening, cross-stitching and colouring books.
